Installation Tips
- Disconnect the spark plug wire before beginning installation to ensure the engine cannot start.
- Engage the parking brake and lower the mower deck to the lowest position for easier access.
- Remove deck covers to clear debris from pulleys before routing the new belt.
- Follow the routing diagram located on the mower deck decal to ensure correct pulley engagement.
- Verify that the belt is properly seated in all pulley grooves before tensioning the spring-loaded idler arm.

4 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Remove key & disconnect spark plug wire(s) to prevent start; let engine cool.
2. Raise & secure deck, remove belt covers.
3. Release tension, remove old belt (note/take photos of routing).
4. Install new belt, rotate blades/spindle to check alignment & operation.
