How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package at any time. No additional app or account is needed to track your order. The most up to date shipment information is always sent to the email address used to place the order, and we provide tracking details only to that email address.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Orders go through internal processing within 1 to 2 business days before being handed to the carrier. After that, Standard Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days and Expedited Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other external factors.

How do I start a return?

Email support@bluestarspartstrend.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Clear photos are required for every return request. The photos must show the current condition of the part, its original packaging and SKU label, and every part included in the kit if you purchased a kit or multi item pack. Requests submitted without these photos take longer to review. Normally, our team reviews complete return requests within 1 business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is available while the order is still being processed and has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check the shipment status. Please note that emails are answered within 6 working hours due to current order and support volume. Our team is working to shorten that window, and in most cases we reply shortly after your email arrives.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

Contact us immediately after placing the order. Address changes are possible only while the order is still being processed. Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, the address can no longer be updated, and you may contact the carrier directly for faster assistance.
